What we make

Six product families. Every one of them runs on the same floor.

We deliberately stay inside knitwear, wovens and sportswear. That focus is why our fabric sourcing, fit library and machine setup are already tuned for your style before you send the tech pack.

One roof, no hand-offs

Most “manufacturers” are trading companies with a warehouse. We own the machines.

When cutting, sewing, printing and finishing sit inside one building, nobody can blame the other guy. It also means we can hold a delivery date, because we control the queue.

  • Circular knitting in-house (32 machines) with a vetted dyehouse partner next door
  • CAD marker making with fabric utilisation above 85% — you pay for the garment, not the waste
  • 18 sewing lines with automated bar-tacking, buttonholing and fusing
  • Screen printing, DTG, sublimation and 12-head embroidery on site
  • 100% needle detection and metal detection on every order that leaves the building
  • One English-speaking merchandiser owns your order from sampling to shipment

Not sure what to send us?

Most first enquiries are just a photo and a quantity. That is enough for us to start.

Specific is believable. Adjectives are not.

Replace these three with your own jobs — the style, the volume, the fabric, the deadline you hit. Numbers do the selling.

Buyer questions

The things every sourcing manager asks in the first email.

300 pieces per style per colour for knitwear, 500 pieces for woven garments. On a first trial order we can sometimes run 150 pieces so you can test the market — mention it in your enquiry and we will tell you straight away whether it is possible for your style.
Yes. Send the tech pack, spec sheet or even a reference sample. We handle custom woven labels, care labels, hangtags, polybags and carton markings so the goods arrive retail-ready under your brand — not ours.
Yes. Our in-house design team works in technical flats and can develop a style from a mood board or a reference garment, including fabric selection and fit blocks. This is the ODM side of the business and it is included in the sampling process.
Bulk orders: 30% deposit by T/T, 70% against copy of the bill of lading. L/C at sight is accepted for orders above USD 50,000. Samples and small trial orders are settled by PayPal, Wise or T/T in advance. All terms are written into the proforma invoice before production starts.
Sampling runs 7–10 working days. Bulk is 35–45 days after you approve the pre-production sample, depending on quantity and whether the fabric is in stock or needs dyeing. If you have a hard deadline, tell us in the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Absolutely, and we encourage it. SGS, BV, Intertek or your own QC team are welcome on the floor at any stage. You can also ask us for the inline and final inspection reports with photographs before the cartons are sealed.
Social compliance: BSCI, WRAP and Sedex SMETA. Quality: ISO 9001:2015. Product safety: OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS for organic cotton programmes, and REACH / CPSIA documentation for the EU and US. Certificates and audit reports are available on request — we would rather show you the paperwork than claim it.
Both. FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou is the usual arrangement, and we can quote DDP to most of Europe and North America including duty and delivery to your warehouse or 3PL.
