How we work

No black boxes, no chasing. You always know where your order is.

A named merchandiser owns your order from the first email to the bill of lading. You get a written timeline, photo updates at every milestone, and honest answers when something slips.

The five steps

From your first email to your warehouse.

01

Send your requirement

Reply within 1 business day
  • Tech pack, spec sheet, reference sample, or simply a photo and a quantity
  • We tell you honestly whether your target price and deadline are achievable — before you spend anything
  • NDA signed on request before you share designs or client details
  • A named merchandiser is assigned the same day and introduced to you by email
02

Quotation & fabric sourcing

3–5 working days
  • Costed quote with fabric options at two or three price points, so you can sell up or down
  • Swatch cards posted to you free of charge if you want to feel the hand
  • Written MOQ, lead time, Incoterms and payment terms in a proforma invoice
  • Lab dip submitted for approval on any custom colour before bulk dyeing
03

Sampling & approval

7–10 working days
  • Proto sample, then fit sample, then pre-production sample — as many rounds as your fit needs
  • Measurement report and photographs sent to you at each round
  • Sample charge credited back against the bulk order
  • Nothing moves to bulk until you approve in writing
04

Bulk production

35–45 days
  • Inline inspection at 30% and 70%, with photo updates to you
  • Weekly production status report — including when something is behind
  • Final inspection to AQL 2.5, report shared before packing
  • 100% needle and metal detection on every carton
05

Inspection & shipping

FOB / DDP
  • Third-party inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek) welcome at any stage
  • FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, or DDP to your door in the EU and US
  • Full export documentation set, including certificates for your customs broker
  • Carton markings, barcodes and packing list built to your 3PL's requirements
What we need from you

Send as little or as much as you have.

We are not going to pretend a tech pack is mandatory. It speeds things up, but plenty of good programmes started with a photo and a quantity.

If you have a full tech pack

Send it and you will usually get a firm quotation within 24 hours, with fabric options and a confirmed timeline. Attach it directly in the enquiry form.

If you only have a reference garment

Post it to us, or send detailed photographs with measurements. We will reverse-engineer the spec, propose fabrics and quote against what we find.

If you only have an idea

Describe the product, the market and the price point. Our design team will develop technical flats and a fabric recommendation — this is the ODM side of what we do.

Email

The formal record. Quotations, specifications, inspection reports and order confirmations all go by email so nothing is lost in a chat thread.

WhatsApp

For quick decisions — a colour question, a photo of the first off the line, a change you need to confirm quickly. Same person, same order.

Video call

Walk the floor with us live, watch the first sample come off the machine, or put your technical team in front of our pattern maker.

Process questions

The things first-time buyers ask.

Yes, samples are charged at USD 60–150 per style depending on fabric and decoration, plus courier. The sample charge is credited back against your bulk order. We do not work on free sampling — it attracts enquiries that never turn into orders, and the cost would end up in your bulk price instead.
Yes, within reason and before PP approval. Small adjustments — fit, trim, colour, placement — are normal and usually free of extra sample charge. A fundamental change to pattern or fabric after PP approval will need a new sample and may shift the delivery date. We will always tell you the cost of a change before we make it.
We tell you the moment we know, not the week the goods were due. Our order confirmation carries the agreed ship date, and for repeat programmes we agree an air-freight clause in advance: if we miss the deadline for reasons within our control, we cover the difference up to air freight. It has been claimed twice in six years.
One merchandiser owns your account from enquiry to shipment, and a second is briefed as backup for holidays. If your order is in the factory at Chinese New Year, you will know exactly who is covering it and when production pauses.
The factory closes for roughly two to three weeks, usually late January to mid February, with the exact dates shifting each year. We publish the shutdown dates to clients in November so you can plan around them. Orders that need to ship in Q1 are usually confirmed before the end of December.
Step one

Send the brief. Get an honest answer within a day.

Whether or not we can make your product at your price, you will know within one business day. That is usually more useful than a polite maybe.

We answer every enquiry personally. No autoresponder, no chatbot, no "kindly advise".
