Weight changes drape, warmth and price more than anything else on a hoodie. 320 gsm reads as a mid-weight everyday hoodie. 400 gsm is the streetwear weight — it holds a structured shape, takes a puff print without collapsing, and feels substantial in the hand. If you are selling in northern Europe or into the streetwear market, 400 gsm is usually the right call.

Yes, we dye to Pantone on reactive dyed cotton with a lab dip approved by you before bulk. Expect a small colour tolerance between dye lots, which is normal industry-wide — but the lab dip sign-off is what protects you from a surprise on the bulk.

Fully custom. We make your pattern, your fit block, your panel shapes, your trims. Printing is one option, not the business model. If you want a hoodie that does not exist yet, that is exactly the work we are set up for.

Typically USD 60–150 depending on fabric, decoration and trims. The sample charge is credited back against the bulk order once it is placed. Sample lead time is 7–10 working days from tech pack and fabric confirmation.
