Most sourcing disasters are not caused by price. They are caused by a supplier who subcontracted the order, changed the fabric, or went quiet when something slipped. This page is about how we avoid that.
Knitting, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery and packing all happen in our own 12,000 m² building. Nothing is farmed out to a subcontractor you have never audited.
96% on-time shipment across a rolling twelve months. We control the production queue, so we can see a problem forming and tell you about it while there is still time to react.
If your target price is not achievable at the quality you need, you will hear it in the first reply — not after a month of sampling. A fast no is worth more than a slow maybe.
A single English-speaking merchandiser owns your order from first enquiry to bill of lading. You will never be handed to a colleague who has not read the thread.
300 pieces per style per colour, with 150 possible on a first trial. Low MOQ does not mean a shared sample room and a borrowed pattern — we have our own pattern makers on site.
BSCI, WRAP, Sedex SMETA, ISO 9001, OEKO-TEX and GOTS. Reports and certificates go out with the quotation if you ask, because your compliance team will ask eventually.
Both will send you a polished quotation. The difference only shows up in month three.

Good manufacturers are not the ones with the best website. They are the ones who reply on a Friday afternoon when something has gone wrong.
First contact for quotations, MOQ and lead times. 14 years exporting apparel to the EU and US, and the person who will tell you honestly if your target price is not achievable.
Owns every inspection report, audit file and certificate. Available on a call when your buyer, your lab or your customs broker has a technical question.
Replace with real names, real photographs and real roles. On industrial websites this single change converts better than any redesign.
Knowing where we do not fit saves us both a month of emails.
Under 100 pieces a style is not economical for us. If you need 20 pieces of ten designs, we are not your factory and we will say so.
We will not promise three weeks on a garment that needs a custom dye lot. If your deadline cannot be met properly, we would rather lose the order than ship something rushed.
We do not produce counterfeit goods, unlicensed character merchandise or anything that would put our auditors or your brand at risk. That is a hard line.
The fastest way to judge a supplier is to send them something real and watch how they respond. Give us a try with your next programme.
If we are not the right fit, we will tell you who might be. Referrals cost us nothing and reputation earns everything.
